We will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery once they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging. Please note, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. The original delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All refunds will be processed within 10days and refunded to the Credit/Debit card the payment was made from. Please note depending on your bank it may take a few days to show up on your statement. BASKET
Change or Cancel Orders
If for some reason you decide to change or cancel your order please send us an email quoting your order number at email@example.com. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Returning Damaged Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.We will then work with you to resolve the issue. BUNNY
